When asked about how he felt when he first learned about doing the action-packed TV commercial, he said “I was happily surprised and challenged. I wanted to see how this will turn out. I have played different roles in the past but this is something I was really excited to do. I wanted to start the year with a ‘bang’ kaya sa bago kong Greenwich TV commercial, nag level up din ako!”
During the TV shoot in Antipolo, Rizal, staff and production crew were amazed by how John Lloyd played the role in such an intense manner. The scene where it was heavily raining was the hardest part to shoot, yet, it turned out to be everyone’s favorite scene. John Lloyd left everyone in the set amazed by his extreme acting talent and humility. So do not be surprised to see him in a real action movie anytime soon because what you’ve seen in the Greenwich Level-up commercial is just us a portion of what he can do.
